GCO Adali / Cloud & Infrastructure

Infrastructureyou can trust.

Your business cannot afford to depend on technology nobody fully understands. GCO Adali helps leadership teams assess their infrastructure, choose a viable cloud or hybrid architecture, and move toward systems that support growth, security and continuity.

From legacy servers and fragmented cloud services to networks, identity and recovery, we translate technical complexity into clear investment decisions, accountable plans and practical execution.

Why leadership calls

Your technology should not be your biggest uncertainty.

Perhaps the same aging server keeps coming up in meetings. Cloud invoices are rising. A provider knows your systems better than your own team. Or the business is expanding faster than its technology can comfortably support.

You do not need another vendor presentation. You need a clear account of what matters, where the real dependencies are, what deserves investment now and what can wait. That is the conversation GCO Adali helps you lead.

Business continuity depends on decisions that are often invisible until something fails.

What usually brings a business leader to us

The warning signs are familiar. The causes rarely are.

You might recognise one of these situations. Each calls for a closer look before the next contract, purchase or major change.

01 / Reliability

“We cannot afford another interruption.”

We examine the services that matter most, how they are protected and what recovery really depends on.

02 / Growth

“Our company is moving faster than our systems.”

We help connect growth plans to capacity, architecture, support and the people who keep daily work running.

03 / Control

“Too much depends on one supplier—or one person.”

We clarify system ownership, access, documentation and the decisions the business should be able to make for itself.

Architectural choices

Cloud, hybrid or on-premises? Start with what your business needs.

There is no prize for moving everything to the cloud. The right architecture protects essential work, keeps costs understandable and leaves your team in control. Explore three directions and see the questions we would help you answer.

Architecture path 01 / Existing estate

Make your existing estate safer and easier to run.

Not every important application needs to move. Sometimes the most valuable step is to stabilise what already works, remove weak points and make support less dependent on heroics.

What we would examine with your team

Server and virtualisation lifecycle, application dependencies, backup recovery, network segmentation, access rights, supplier responsibilities and change control.

What you would have to guide the decision

A clear view of the current environment, priorities to address first and a sensible investment sequence.

Architecture path 02 / Hybrid

Connect what matters without creating new blind spots.

A hybrid estate can preserve necessary on-premises capabilities while introducing cloud services where they create practical value. Both environments must remain governed and recoverable.

What we would examine with your team

Application and data dependencies, identity consistency, connectivity, monitoring, shared control boundaries and vendor accountability.

What you would have to guide the decision

A realistic hybrid design showing how systems connect, who owns them and how changes can happen safely.

Architecture path 03 / Cloud-first

Build a cloud foundation your team can control.

Before workloads multiply, define the cloud platform structure, identity, networking, logging, backup, policy and cost ownership.

What we would examine with your team

Business-critical workload requirements, tenancy, access model, cost accountability, policy needs, backup and recovery objectives.

What you would have to guide the decision

A governed cloud foundation and a sensible order for bringing workloads into it.

Built around continuity

Your customers only notice the infrastructure when it stops working.

We help you understand what a failure would affect, what needs protecting first and how to make recovery less uncertain.

Cloud and infrastructure consulting

Technical depth. Executive clarity. One coherent plan.

You can bring us a single question or a complex programme. We can work with your internal team and providers to understand the estate, choose a direction and support changes that the business can sustain.

01

Understand the infrastructure you depend on

We examine the systems, applications, connections, capacity and people behind critical business services—so you can see what deserves attention before the next investment.

02

Make cloud decisions with confidence

We help you decide where cloud services make sense and establish clear ownership, access, security and operating standards before change accelerates.

03

Move critical systems without losing control

We plan migrations around business timing, dependencies, testing, rollback and the people who must support the environment afterwards.

04

Connect offices, people and systems securely

We examine the networks, permissions and identity systems that let employees and partners work effectively without opening unnecessary access.

05

Know how the business would recover

We review what needs to keep running, how backups are managed, whether restoration has been tested and what teams should do when disruption occurs.

06

Stay in control of suppliers and cloud spend

We help leaders understand who owns each service, what they are paying for, what is being monitored and where decisions are lost between providers.

The infrastructure control room

See the systems. Understand the consequences.

Cloud and infrastructure decisions are rarely about a single server or contract. They are about whether your people can work, your services can recover, your costs can be explained, and your leadership still has control.

Phase one / discover

Understand what the business relies on.

We listen to leaders, IT teams and suppliers, inspect essential services and identify the dependencies that matter when a change is proposed.

You have a shared picture of today’s environment.

Phase two / decide

Choose what genuinely deserves change.

We compare realistic options, explain the impact on risk and everyday operations, and help you decide what should happen now or later.

The next investment has a clear business reason.

Phase three / transition

Move carefully, with the right people involved.

We bring migration sequence, testing, access controls, cutover planning and fallback decisions into the same conversation.

The team understands the plan and who owns each step.

Phase four / operate

Leave the business in a stronger position.

We help define documentation, monitoring, service reviews and recovery checks that remain useful after the initial project.

Internal teams are better equipped to run what changes.

What your leadership team receives

Clarity your leadership can act on.

Depending on the engagement, your team could walk away with clear diagrams, priorities, decisions and working plans—not just a slide deck. Here is what that might look like.

A map of what you run

See the important applications, servers, cloud services, connections, suppliers and owners in one understandable picture.

A blueprint for what comes next

Understand the recommended design, why it fits the business and what standards will help keep it dependable.

A safer plan for change

Know what should move first, what must be tested, what could go wrong and who is responsible at each stage.

A recovery plan people can use

Know which services come first after disruption, how to restore them and where recovery still needs testing.

Clearer cloud and supplier ownership

See who approves changes, manages access, checks costs, monitors issues and holds providers accountable.

A decision brief for leadership

Compare the options, key trade-offs and recommended next steps in language you can use in a management meeting.

Technology should serve people and performance

When the foundations are right, your team can spend less time working around systems and more time moving the business forward.

Start with your actual challenge

Tell us what is happening. We will help you find a sensible starting point.

You do not have to diagnose the problem yourself or know which service to request. Choose the situation closest to yours and see where we could begin together.

What sounds most familiar?

Get an independent view of what you run.

When infrastructure has grown through acquisitions, vendors or urgent fixes, start with a structured assessment of dependencies, risk, capacity and ownership.

Questions before committing

A few things you may want to know.

Should our company move everything to the cloud?

Not necessarily. Some workloads may be well suited to cloud platforms; others may have operational, latency, licensing, regulatory or economic reasons to stay on-premises or become hybrid. A sound engagement tests those conditions before recommending a direction.

Can GCO Adali work with our internal IT team or provider?

Yes. GCO's approach is designed to clarify architecture, responsibilities, risk, vendor recommendations and practical delivery with the people already running your environment. The precise involvement would be agreed in scope.

Can you help if we have old servers and complex applications?

Legacy systems are a common starting point for infrastructure planning. The first step is to map critical workloads, dependencies, constraints, current support posture and viable options for modernisation or retirement.

What about cybersecurity and business continuity?

Network segmentation, identity, access controls, backup design, restoration testing and incident coordination are considered alongside architecture choices. Where specialist assurance is required, the necessary scope and roles should be identified.

Do we need a large transformation project?

No. The right starting point may be a focused architecture review, a migration-readiness assessment, a resilience workstream or a wider cloud strategy. GCO should help size the engagement to the decision—not make the decision fit a packaged project.

What should we prepare for a first conversation?

A description of the business problem, what infrastructure is involved, known incidents or constraints, the people affected and any decision deadline is enough to start. Sensitive technical data can be handled through an agreed process later.
